Unchained XL is a Nigerian Kiwi rapper and producer from Auckland City. With a unique crossover between Afrofunk and Hiphop, UXL creates an afrocentric sound that is easily recognizable as his own. Drawing musical influence from by Fela Kuti, Jidenna, M.anifest Blitz the Ambassador, XL, his live band delivers a highly energetic and memorable live performance that will leave you searching for more.

JessB is a passionate and energetic artist of Kenyan descent quickly stamping her mark as the newest queen of rap and hiphop in New Zealand. After a breakout year in 2016, JessB continues to move from strength to strength, taking influence from many of great female artists Hiphop, including Missy Elliott. With an EP release on the near horizon, and having already shared the stage with artists such as Stormzy, JessB is laying the foundations for a stronghold in the music industry.

Qualen is a hard working young emcee hailing from South Africa, with a flow that can go toe-to-toe with many of the greats. With his newly released Levitation EP, Qualen Mathlay is set to build on his momentum in the Auckland scene and make waves nationally.

Arriving from Cape Town, South Africa at the age of 12, Gino spent his teenage years using rap as a creative outlet. Gino’s self produced tracks soon began to gain traction online, creating a buzz from its raw, honest and relatable content and his unique delivery. Driven by a fierce passion for music, Gino dedicates himself full-time to production and performance, and is being widely recognized as an unstoppable force in the Auckland hiphop scene.

GNOME is a Persian Kiwi rapper and producer who has been writing rhymes since the age of 11. She is now known for her energetic, punchy and fast-paced delivery. GNOME’s vivid and genuine portrayal of the human experience through song, accompanied by an honest and passionate performance, are behind her unique ability to connect with her audiences on a personal level. Previously known as Monax, GNOME is back and ready to light up the scene with her up and coming EP 'Release'.
