Circoloco is about as DC-10 as DC-10 gets. From humble beginnings in 1999, the Monday party (which still holds down the same weekly slot) has become a rite of passage for anyone who likes clubbing in its purist form.
Line-ups overflow with techno talent every week and DJs practically line up to play; the Circoloco reputation is as strong on the industry side as it is for clubbers and many a career has soared off the back of appearing here. Tania Vulcano, Loco Dice and Luciano all owe much to their involvement with DC-10 Monday afternoons, which stirred up a buzz that has never died.
The Circoloco mantra is simple - come together to share in a deep love of music on the dance floor. No frills, no fuss, no nonsense - just straight up, inimitable club vibes. This ethos still sits at the very core of this party, and that's exactly what makes it one of the most iconic clubbing experiences on the international circuit.
This year's opening party—one of THE parties of the season—is scheduled for Monday 22 May. On this year's line-up are Circoloco regulars Seth Troxler, The Martinez Brothers, Tania Vulcano, Kerri Chandler, Jackmaster, Ellen Allien, Jamie Jones, Davide Squillace, Matthias Tanzmann, Sossa, Shonky, Clive Henry and Acid Mondays. On that mammoth session, you'll also hear from the likes of Damian Lazarus, Marcel Dettmann, The Black Madonna, Dubfire, DVS1, Adriatique, DJ Tennis, Konstantin and Petar Dundov. With so many genius minds under one roof, you know you´re in good hands for a euphoric life-off.
