20h Konzert von Kim & Mike in der Sammlung
Kim und Mike Rauss verknüpfen verschiedenste Musikrichtungen. Einflüsse arabischer Musik werden mit israelischer Folklore-Musik gemixt, aber auch Jazz, Funk, Folk und Afrobeats fließen ein: Sie selbst nennen es „Falafel Pop“. Kim singt und spielt keltische Harfe, Mike begleitet auf der Gitarre, singt und beatboxt. Eine Fusion aus mehreren Genres und viel Liebe. Die dynamischen und atmosphärischen Songs sind inspiriert von ihren Reisen – weiten Landschaften, Bergen, Flüssen und der persönlichen Begegnung mit sich selbst.
Eintritt:
Für alle Kölner*innen freier Eintritt in die Sammlung (Sammlung + Sonderausstellung = 7€ ab 17h). Bitte bringt euren Ausweis mit. Für alle anderen gelten die vergünstigten 7€ ab 17h für das gesamte Museum.

8 p.m. Concert by Kim & Mike
Kim and Mike Rauss combine a wide variety of musical genres. They mix Arabic music with Israeli folklore tunes as well as influences from jazz, funk, folk, and Afrobeat: they call it “falafel pop.” Having grown up together as siblings in Israel, the duo also spent time in England and Germany. Kim sings and plays the Celtic harp, while Mike accompanies her on guitar, sings, and does beatbox—a fusion of multiple genres and a lot of love. The dynamic and atmospheric songs are inspired by their travels—expansive landscapes, mountains, rivers, and personal introspection. While the weather outside is cold, we’ll stay warm with music and guided tours on the theme of travel.
Admission:
Free to the permanent collection for all Cologne inhabitants (permanent collection + special exhibition = €7). Please bring your ID. Everyone else pays only €7 for the entire museum, starting at 5 p.m.
