A big reason why I set up this package besides the obvious. a 25th anniversary for the excistance of Orphaned land, It Is aswell a statement.
I am personaly fedd up with all social and political bullshit that is going on. We live in a advanced technical world which brought to whole world in reach with the click of a mouse. and yet
never has the divide been so strong between the worlds population. Socio-religious compartimentalization is magnfied throughout, and emphasised on, racial, cultural national. regional, tribal, religious, sexual, gender political fashion haircolour colour of the eyes, music taste. bases. the list seems endless.
The Us and Them divide glorified by competative sportive events Glorified but very selective freedom of speech which only seem to aply to extreme religious groups, who use this well deserved freedom to impose their agenda of shutting down freedom of speech all together . Where are WE. ?
First and far most we all are human, Genetically speaking race does not exist in humans,all living on one planet. With this package we can show that yes we might have differant influences but we all come together in music. We have three bands that hail from " Roque nations" and yet we all come together creating a great show with diverse influences melted together in one great and powerfull art form. Music.
I wuld like to have this aswell as an underlying theme aside the promotion for the show.
I am thinking of ways of doing something special however i am still stuck in the thinking part.
If you might have an idea. how outragious it might be. perhaps we can intergrate things and create something special.
Lets not on;y promote this show to make it a commersial succes. but lets aswell spread some sence. It is not a complicated story, we are all working along with people from over the world for our daily living. and if WE can do it.. ;)
