Aerger (Indie-/Alternative Rock; 22 Uhr):
Wir sind Aerger, ein paar Unschulden vom Lande, die in die große Stadt gekommen sind, um reich, berühmt und ausgenutzt zu werden. Weil‘s hier in Berlin anscheinend cool ist, in ’ner Band zu sein, haben wir auch direkt eine gegründet. Dabei hat es aus akutem Hipheitsmangel nicht mehr ganz für Deutsch-Rap gereicht, weshalb wir nunmehr irgendwas mit Instrumenten machen. Völlig ironiebefreit aus der Hauptstadt, Garagen-Alternative-Rock über das harte Leben zugezogener Seelen die abends heimlich ins Kissen weinen und „Mama“ wispern...
Der Sound setzt sich zusammen aus einem Kilo Reverb und einer Prise Delay, mit einer Hand voll kleingehackten Verzerrern, gekocht von 2 Gitarren und einem Bass, ein ganzes Pfund Groove ordentlich durchgestampft vom zertifizierten Trommelset, abgeschmeckt von drei engelsgleichen Stimmen...

It was about time wasn’t it? Aerger is finally leaving whatever mystic ditch of arcane artsiness Christoph Morello has been hiding in for the last few months to delight your ears with some serious spankage from our first album 'Komfortzone' as a new, all-star lineup. Joining forces with freʎscape, we’re excited to give to you, the people, an amazing evening at the infamous, all-time favourite crowd pleaser Junction Bar. Come along, drink, dance, laugh and enjoy an evening of supreme merriment with us.
Entrance fee is 8 € (5 € + a 3 € drinks voucher), less than doubling down at one of Berlin’s fine kebab establishments!

Aerger (Indie-/Alternative Rock; 10 pm):
We are Aerger, a bunch of innocent country gals and boys who have made the trek to the big city to hit our big break and get rich, famous and exploited along the way. Since forming a band seems to be the thing to do here in Berlin, we wasted no time trying to fit in with the cool kids. Unfortunately, an acute lack of hipness prevented us from pursuing rewarding careers as German gangster rappers, thus reducing us to doing quizzical things with and to instruments. Devoid of all irony, straight from the capital, alternative garage rock about the rough life of migrant souls that secretly weep into their pillows at night, whispering “mommy”…
The sound is a healthy mix of about one kilogram of reverb, a pinch of delay, melded with a hand-full of chopped overdrives, cooked up by two guitars and one bass, a pound of groove adequately mashed by a prime drum set and finally lightly seasoned by three angelic voices…
