Kevin Stone, originated from the south of Germany, started to throw his own parties called "Tripple T" in late 2009 and gained serious reception, both from his guests, such as Âme, Spencer Parker or Shonky and from the scene surrounding him back then. Now though, after moving to Berlin, his creativity behind the decks is on his top priority. Upon gigs with his previous guests he could already demonstrate his strong talent for many times.
Caillou's musical style is simply described best as underground house and techno. Preferred record labels range from deep hypnotic sounds on Innervisions, Defected, 50Weapons and Rekids through to the techno stylings of Ostgut Ton, Kanzleramt, Dystopian and bangin' classics on Ovum.
The huge influence of being a dedicated regular at the worlds most famous techno club Berghain and Panoramabar has obviously been the main reason why Caillou's musical taste has developed the way it has.
On that account, an ideal DJ Set from Caillou includes his personal description of good music, not constrained by any genre. Whether jackin' Chicago house, hypnotic Detroit techno or cheesy disco anthem. The only important thing that counts is the moment.
